Clare Eagleton (Genesis R&D): I left school wanting to be a forensic scientist, and when I was doing my degree I worked in that area during my Christmas breaks and did research projects for them. But there wasn’t full time work available in that field, and so I chose to take my skills in molecular biology and biochemistry and apply them in this field. Really it was by chance that I ended up in Genesis in its early days.
