Scott Coulter (Comvita): I have always enjoyed dealing with people – that’s really one of my key skills. That means, in essence, you are a communicator, and sales and marketing is about communication.
My background – I have a biotech degree from Massey University, I have a very good grounding from my degree in biotechnology, food technology and then combining that with some engineering experience in my first few years of work gave me a good background to sell technical products.
